We always do our best to accommodate our customers’ delivery needs. However, we are not always able to guarantee delivery at a specific time of day, especially during busy holiday periods. To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Delivery Instructions field during checkout. Before major holidays, we strongly recommend that you place your orders several days in advance. Normally orders placed as late as 1p.m. can be delivered the same day. Our hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday by appointment only.

Delivery to Hospitals

We are experienced at making deliveries to hospitals. When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient. We will send your order in accordance with facility procedures, as most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms. Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing your order.

Recipient Not Home

If you have specific instructions for the delivery of your order, please note them in the Special Delivery Instructions field during checkout. In all other cases, if the recipient is not at home when we attempt a delivery, we will either:

  • Leave the arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home (porch, garage, or other entrance) and inform you
  • Leave the arrangement with a neighbor and place a message on the recipient's door

Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers are necessary due to temporary availability issues. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, we will ensure that the design of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.

Privacy & Security

We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to process online transactions. We use GeoTrust Premium SSL, which provides up to 256-bit SSL encryption on web browsers and mobile phones. We do not share any of your personal information with other parties, unless required by law. We will only use personal information you provide to us for purposes communicating and fulfilling our obligations to you. We take reasonable means to protect any personal information against loss or theft, unauthorized access, copying, or use.


To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order at anytime prior to delivery. If your gift is en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order. To cancel an order, please call our store.


If your floral arrangement does not last more than 3 days under normal care and condition, please inform us with an image. We will be happy to bring back the original arrangement and replace it with a new one free of charge.
